Shipping Policy
Same Day Shipping:
Orders placed before 3 PM (Mon-Fri) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays through Sundays will ship the following Monday.
Domestic Delivery Times:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days.
International Shipping:
We now offer shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Delivery times for international orders are 4-10 business days, depending on the chosen service:
- UPS Standard International Mail or UPS Worldwide Saver: Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
- GlobalPost Go (via USPS): Duties and taxes are included in the price.
Important: We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred for international shipments unless using GlobalPost Go.
Note: International shipments are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Refunds will be processed within four weeks, accounting for return transit time, processing, and bank handling.
